Excerpt from THE TRUTH

Have you ever wondered about why you are here? Have you ever thought about what happens after you die? Have you ever wondered if your life has meaning? Have you ever wondered about God? Have you ever wondered about the nature of reality? Have you ever wondered how you ended up with the life you’ve been given to live? Have you ever wondered how you can feel peaceful, happy and fulfilled? Have you ever wondered about who you truly are? Have you ever wondered about THE TRUTH of this thing called life?

Me too.

Cardinal Giovanni Bautista Re is the dean of the College of Cardinals. In regards to the newly elected pope he said, “Forgetting God has become prevalent and there is a need for an awakening.”  I wholeheartedly agree!.

Deoxyribonucleic acid, or DNA, is a molecule in an organism’s cells that contains the genetic instructions for that organism’s development and function. It is foundational for human life. Hence the title of this composition is about THE TRUTH and the foundation of it. 

Bear in mind, however that DNA could just as easily stand for Dr. Nolan’s Awareness. When viewed with that in mind, one sees my acknowledgment that I am a human being and as such I can’t help but see things from my own perspective – and my own perspective is by no means the only way to understand something. However, I have gradually become aware of a perspective that I feel compelled to share with others as it is something big and beautiful, and hopefully something that is worth the short time it takes to read this. 

As for me personally, I have not spoken with angels. I have not traversed the veil separating life from the afterlife. I have not had a Near Death Experience. I am in no way special or mystical. But I care about what’s real, what’s true. In my own way, I have been searching for THE TRUTH all my life. I can honestly say that I am searching no more. With my writing, I have created a window that looks out upon THE TRUTH that I have found. I hope that the window panes are not too smudged. I hope that you can see it as clearly as I do. I hope it will move you to a happier, more purposeful life. I hope it will move you closer to God.
